Management Team
The Management Team is headed by the Managing Director who ensures that organization is well managed and it achieves its goals. He reports to the Board of Directors.
The Managing Director (Richard Kazala-Laski) has 16 years of experience as Managing Director and 5 years as former Cabinet Deputy Minister of Mines and Mineral Development, Cabinet Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Cabinet Deputy Minister of Sport, Youth and Child Development in the Government of the Republic of Zambia.
Manager Logistics (Tadek Kazala Laski)
Manager Workshop (David Chazya – Automotive Craft Cert. – Nortec, City & Guilds of London – Motor Vehicle Tech. Cert., Management Cert. Detroit and Allison S.A S60 familiarization Cert. and CLBT Allison Electronics Cert. S.A.) has vast experience in all petrol and diesel engines and has specialized in all Detroit diesel engines for over 29 years on manual and automatic transmissions, earthmoving, mining equipment and air compressors.
Manager Human Resources (Stephen Mubanga – Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Business Administration Special Education Teachers Certificate) has 3 years of experience at MHCL and 36 years of experience in the teaching industry of which 8 of these years he was heading a school.
Manager Finance (Michelle Phiri Kazala – ZICA Licentiate, ACCA Finalist) has 5 years of experience at MHCL and 4 years of experience as Senior Auditor at BDO Spencer Steward, Chartered Accountants.
